Our Partners

These are the people, groups, and organizations to whom we owe the utmost thanks. As we have grown over the years to serve more families in more ways, we often encounter tasks beyond our abilities. Yet God has provided time and again through these people here. Thank you.

Sara Messer - Taproot Charities

Sara is a wife, mother of two, and an occupation therapist who specializes in hand therapy in Templeton, California. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Occupational Therapy.  Sara has had the privilege of serving the people of Ewuata Village in Arua, Uganda on two separate medical mission trips.  As a lover of Jesus and the people of Uganda, she is passionate about the vision of the Zozu Project, and is dedicated to the life-transformational work Zozu is facilitating.  Sara is also founder of Taproot Charities, a ministry working to provide secondary education to the young women of Arua.

Caliber Accounting Group

We trust our partners at Caliber Accounting Group deeply. Every year, they provide professional, experienced aid in filing 501c(3) taxes. Many thanks to them for saving us headaches and confusion, and for making sure that we are always accountable.

Sign Here

Our partners at Sign Here in Paso Robles, CA, have generously donated any and all event signage and posters that we have needed. Many thanks to Michael, Sue, and Trevor for supporting the cause in their very best way! This is a family-run business at its finest.

Reiss Design Studio

It's been a joy to collaborate with Shana Reiss over the years, as she has drawn up architectural models for the expansion of Solid Rock Christian School and Arua Community Church pro-bono. The professionalism and thuroughness that she puts into her work, not to mention arcitectural talent, has been inspiring us to give more and dream bigger.

His Healing Hands

Without the very first trip that Mick and Elaine took to Uganda in 2013 with His Healing Hands, none of this would have ever happened. We are very grateful to them for their work, and for inviting us into that work, which changed our lives for good. Special thanks to CEO Carl Dawson for guiding us in setting up a ministry of our own here.

Tom Lebens was instrumental in setting up and guiding us through the legal process of registering as a 501c(3) organization, and we thank him for his generous work.

Julie Lebens prepared all of our accounting and bookeeping, and we are deeply grateful. The systems she put in place for us have continued to bless our team.

Church Partners

It would be impossible (or certainly too long) to fully list every person from these communities that has supported and blessed the children of Uganda through their support of us. They have followed the work of the Lord, modeled faithfulness to us, and enabled us to do what we do. We are thankful to each and every one of them.
