Jovia’s parents separated when she was younger, and she now lives with her grandmother along with three other children. Both parents make living by farming the land around the house, but are not able to save enough to pay for Jovia to attend school. She is currently attending Solid Rock School and is in Grade 4, she is in need of a sponsor. She helps out by fetching water and her favorite subject is English. Despite her circumstances, Jovia wants to be a nurse someday.
